Mr Fergus Cochrane-Dyet OBE has been appointed British High Commissioner to the Republic of Zambia in succession to Mr James Thornton, who has transferred to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr Cochrane-Dyet will take up his appointment during April 2016.<\/p>\n
