{"id":67969,"date":"2016-02-25T14:51:32","date_gmt":"2016-02-25T14:51:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=6cbfb1c8478db1785e901c9ea51f35ed"},"modified":"2016-02-25T14:51:32","modified_gmt":"2016-02-25T14:51:32","slug":"news-story-medicines-marketing-authorisation-change-of-ownership-application","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=67969","title":{"rendered":"News story: Medicines marketing authorisation: Change of ownership application"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (<abbr title=\"Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency\">MHRA<\/abbr>) aim to grant all COAs within 42 days and, to ensure we provide an efficient and quick service for all applicants, we have made some changes to the process.<\/p>\n<p>The application form now has advice to help fill in the <abbr title=\"change of ownership application\">COA<\/abbr> form with a revised list of supporting documentation.  By following this advice, applicants can avoid any issues or delays to processing their application.<\/p>\n<p>If there are no outstanding issues that result in a request for further information (<abbr title=\"request for further information\">RFI<\/abbr>), you can expect the <abbr title=\"change of ownership application\">COA<\/abbr> to be granted within 30 days.<br \/>\nOnce an application is sent to <abbr title=\"Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency\">MHRA<\/abbr>, applicants can expect to hear from us within 30 days of receipt of the application. <\/p>\n<p>For all applications made after 1 March 2016, the applicant will have 14 days to respond  from the date of issue of the <abbr title=\"request for further information\">RFI<\/abbr> letter.
