{"id":68043,"date":"2016-02-29T13:25:51","date_gmt":"2016-02-29T13:25:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=55e2f9b6f8a6fb8326ebe1979d6f91ab"},"modified":"2016-02-29T13:25:51","modified_gmt":"2016-02-29T13:25:51","slug":"news-story-crime-news-new-form-and-process-to-transfer-representation-order","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=68043","title":{"rendered":"News story: Crime news: new form and process to transfer representation order"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>A new form is available to use when applications are made to transfer a representation order.<\/p>\n<p>The change is being made as a result of criminal procedure rules introduced in October 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The new approach means all the information needed to process these applications as quickly and efficiently as possible will be available on the completed form.<\/p>\n<p>The existing form will be removed from the LAA\u2019s GOV.UK web pages.
