Mrs Theresa Bubbear has been appointed Her Majesty\u2019s Ambassador to the Republic of Estonia in succession to Mr Christopher Holtby OBE, who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mrs Bubbear will take up her appointment during August 2016.<\/p>\n
