{"id":68436,"date":"2016-03-10T11:15:00","date_gmt":"2016-03-10T11:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=66cb1503cae5cafe41d3c0565ca7f393"},"modified":"2016-03-10T12:10:25","modified_gmt":"2016-03-10T12:10:25","slug":"news-story-care-and-support-specialised-housing-fund-phase-2-successful-bids","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=68436","title":{"rendered":"News story: Care and Support Specialised Housing Fund: phase 2 successful bids"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Updated:<\/em> The link to view the full list of successful bids has been amended.<\/p>\n<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Following an open bidding process, the Department of Health has announced the results for the second round of the Care and Support Specialised Housing Fund (<abbr title=\"Care and Support Specialised Housing Fund\">CASSH<\/abbr>). <abbr title=\"Care and Support Specialised Housing Fund\">CASSH<\/abbr> was first launched in 2012, it aims to support the development of specialised housing for older people, adults with physical disabilities, learning difficulties or mental health needs.  <\/p>\n<p>A total of 79 schemes are set to receive around \u00a384.2 million to develop up to 2,000 affordable homes. These will be built over the next few years.
