{"id":68475,"date":"2016-03-11T12:15:43","date_gmt":"2016-03-11T12:15:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=581a915d5a66e6f732ef6574580bb097"},"modified":"2016-03-11T12:15:43","modified_gmt":"2016-03-11T12:15:43","slug":"press-release-hs2-ltd-launches-two-consultations-as-part-of-preparations-for-next-phase-of-uks-new-high-speed-rail-network","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=68475","title":{"rendered":"Press release: HS2 Ltd launches two consultations as part of preparations for next phase of UK\u2019s new high speed rail network"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>HS2 Ltd, the company planning and building Britain\u2019s new high speed rail network has launched two consultations on its Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Equality Impact Assessment (EQIA) scope and methodology reports for construction and operation of the Phase 2a section of the line.<\/p>\n<p>The consultations will seek views of statutory and expert bodies on the scope, methodology and overall approach of the assessments for the EIA and EQIA for Phase 2a.<\/p>\n<p>The EIA is being undertaken to identify the likely significant environmental effects of the proposed scheme and appropriate measures to limit such effects.
