It is targeting small to medium-sized <abbr title=\"voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations\">VCSE<\/abbr> organisations with an income of between \u00a3100,000 to \u00a31.5 million a year, and which provide vital services to vulnerable and disadvantaged people.<\/p>\n<p>The first phase of the application process closed on 26 July 2015.
