Last week our five teams were tweeting, posting, leafleting and running events across the country to tell people about the fantastic opportunities available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/organisations\/civil-service-fast-track-apprenticeship\">Fast Track apprenticeship programme<\/a>.<br \/>\nOur teams contacted and gave presentations in job centres, Government buildings (because the Fast Track is open to applications from current Civil Servants too), over 200 schools and colleges, a bowling club and even a speed dating session!<br \/>\nWe\u2019ll be announcing the winners of the Takeover soon, as well as publishing the collateral and Fast Track hoodie designs that they put together.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"prentice-pets\">\u2018Prentice Pets<\/h2>\n<p>We\u2019ll be announcing the winner of Prentice Pets Challenge on Thursday 24th. Apprentices have been sending in pictures of their furry friends and we\u2019ve been posting them on <a rel=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/media\/set\/?set=a.536765686502371.1073741830.357493141096294&amp;type=3\">Facebook<\/a>. The one with the most likes wins so make sure you weigh in!<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"five-doors-to-a-civil-service-apprenticeship\">\u2018Five doors\u2019 to a Civil Service apprenticeship<\/h2>\n<p>We\u2019ll be releasing more videos from our \u2018Five doors\u2019 series to give you an idea of the exciting opportunities and work-life balance that a career in the Civil Service can offer to school leavers across the country (although the programme has no upper age limit).
