{"id":68899,"date":"2016-03-23T09:09:46","date_gmt":"2016-03-23T09:09:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=2899c87f56b6bbdcf328e4e4fe38e489"},"modified":"2016-03-23T09:09:46","modified_gmt":"2016-03-23T09:09:46","slug":"news-story-unqualified-gravesend-immigration-adviser-sentenced","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=68899","title":{"rendered":"News story: Unqualified Gravesend immigration adviser sentenced"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Ms Nassim Humayun, 57, of Citizens Advocacy Project, Coopers Court, Gravesend, Kent pleaded guilty at the City of London Magistrates\u2019 Court on 3 February 2016 to 6 charges of providing unregulated immigration advice or services since April 2012.<\/p>\n<p>She was sentenced at the City of London Magistrates\u2019 Court on 22 March 2016 to 12 weeks\u2019 custody, suspended for 6 months. She was ordered to pay compensation of \u00a3986 and costs of \u00a31,621, with a victim surcharge of \u00a380.<\/p>\n<p>On sentencing, the senior magistrate said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe offences are very serious.
