As a result of the allegations in relation to Medway STC, an additional inspection of Oakhill was undertaken on 9 and 10 February 2016. This was in relation to the arrangements for the safety of young people and the managerial oversight and governance at the centre.<\/p>\n<p>Lin Hinnigan, Chief Executive of the Youth Justice Board, said: <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Inspectors have found that Oakhill Secure Training Centre remains effective overall, despite additional pressure placed on the centre following allegations of abuse at Medway STC.
