{"id":69851,"date":"2016-04-22T09:22:41","date_gmt":"2016-04-22T09:22:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=747f0bc163245d48a85e59a5d06dc838"},"modified":"2016-04-22T09:22:41","modified_gmt":"2016-04-22T09:22:41","slug":"press-release-statement-from-sta-about-key-stage-1-tests","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=69851","title":{"rendered":"Press release: Statement from STA about key stage 1 tests"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Following an urgent investigation into the impact of the accidental publication of a live key stage 1 (<abbr title=\"key stage 1\">KS1<\/abbr>) grammar, punctuation and spelling test, the Standards and Testing Agency (<abbr title=\"Standards and Testing Agency\">STA<\/abbr>) has issued the following statement. <\/p>\n<p>Jennifer Coupland, Chief Executive of the <abbr title=\"Standards and Testing Agency\">STA<\/abbr>, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>We were made aware on 20 April that sample guidance material published by the <abbr title=\"Standards and Testing Agency\">STA<\/abbr>, to be used with the modified version of the <abbr title=\"key stage 1\">KS1<\/abbr> spelling test, contained the live test words rather than the sample test words.
