{"id":69908,"date":"2016-04-25T14:00:59","date_gmt":"2016-04-25T14:00:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=dbd365c234d476649dd26bae561f48c7"},"modified":"2016-04-25T14:00:59","modified_gmt":"2016-04-25T14:00:59","slug":"news-story-civil-news-ccms-upgrade-reduces-screens-for-means-interviews","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=69908","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil news: CCMS upgrade reduces screens for means interviews"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>An upgrade to the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS) has resulted in an improved means interview process being released to users.<\/p>\n<p>This new means interview will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reduce the overall number of screens in the means interview by up to 80%<\/li>\n<li>enable users to track their progress through the means interview<\/li>\n<li>allow users to navigate back and forward to different pages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"when-can-the-upgraded-means-interview-be-used\">When can the upgraded means interview be used?<\/h3>\n<p>The upgraded means interview can be used to create applications in all cases where an application:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>requires a full means assessment<\/li>\n<li>passported cases<\/li>\n<li>non means cases e.g. Special Children Act cases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"why-use-this-upgraded-version\">Why use this upgraded version?<\/h3>\n<p>Providers already using the upgrade have confirmed that the means interview is a big improvement in terms of the reduced time spent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>completing an application<\/li>\n<li>navigating around the interview<\/li>\n<li>tracking progress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"browsers\">Browsers<\/h3>\n<p>Internet Explorer browsers older than version 9 may not be compatible with the upgraded version of CCMS.
