{"id":71075,"date":"2016-05-31T08:15:22","date_gmt":"2016-05-31T08:15:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=238572459c23e6734f16f94d9ca38328"},"modified":"2016-05-31T08:15:22","modified_gmt":"2016-05-31T08:15:22","slug":"news-story-new-uk-house-price-index","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=71075","title":{"rendered":"News story: New UK House Price Index"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>The new UK House Price Index (<abbr title=\"UK House Price Index\">UK HPI<\/abbr>) replaces indices published by Land Registry and the Office for National Statistics.<\/p>\n<p>Four monthly reports will be available on GOV.UK:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>UK summary<\/li>\n<li>report for England<\/li>\n<li>report for Scotland<\/li>\n<li>report for Wales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A quarterly report for Northern Ireland will be published by <a rel=\"external\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lpsni.gov.uk\">Land &amp; Property Services, Northern Ireland<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The reports will include new statistics, eg first-time buyers and new builds.
