{"id":71275,"date":"2016-06-08T15:45:35","date_gmt":"2016-06-08T15:45:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=27c3e7994edeb75e6652b980f8a98a41"},"modified":"2016-06-08T15:45:35","modified_gmt":"2016-06-08T15:45:35","slug":"press-release-m55-work-to-reduce-flood-risk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=71275","title":{"rendered":"Press release: M55 work to reduce flood risk"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Drivers are to get safer and more reliable journeys from a \u00a3125,000 Highways England project to repair drainage along the M55 near Blackpool in Lancashire.<\/p>\n<p>Lane 1 of the eastbound carriageway will be closed until the end of June as work takes place to repair the drainage system and reduce the potential of flooding from nearby fields.<\/p>\n<p>A 50 mph speed limit will also be in place between junctions 3 and 1 of the eastbound carriageway.<\/p>\n<p>A full overnight carriageway closure will be needed at the end of the project to allow the traffic management cones and barriers to be removed.
