{"id":71289,"date":"2016-06-09T11:01:10","date_gmt":"2016-06-09T11:01:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=bb63fb2d8f5d82e1a607dc30aebd118e"},"modified":"2016-06-09T11:01:10","modified_gmt":"2016-06-09T11:01:10","slug":"press-release-secretary-of-state-brews-up-for-welsh-sporting-success-with-264000-pints-of-beer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=71289","title":{"rendered":"Press release: Secretary of State brews up for Welsh sporting success \u2013 with 264,000 pints of beer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Mr Cairns began the \u201cmash process\u201d which will produce more than 264,000 pints of Budweiser.<\/p>\n<p>Based neat Newport, Magor Brewery \u2013 which also makes Stella Artois \u2013 is producing huge quantities of beer ahead of a huge summer of sport including not only Euro 2016 but also the Wimbledon tennis championships, of which Stella Artois is the official beer partner.<\/p>\n<p>So far this year, the brewery has produced more than 500 million pints of beer in 2000 batches \u2013 a fifth up on the same period for 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Cairns \u2013 who is attending the Wales Slovakia game this weekend \u2013 predicted that thirsty TV sports fans would keep the brewery at full throttle.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"alun-cairns-said\">Alun Cairns said:<\/h3>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Wales\u2019 first game against Slovakia \u2013 together with rising temperatures at home &#8211; are a combination certain to keep the production lines whirring.<\/p>\n<p class=\"last-child\">Magor Brewery is a great Welsh success story. Companies like AB InBev are helping to keep the Welsh economy fizzing \u2013 just like their beer.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>AB InBev is one a number of thriving companies based near the M4.
