{"id":71367,"date":"2016-06-13T09:52:00","date_gmt":"2016-06-13T09:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=4406c864b0cbba124e94767e1b3cccea"},"modified":"2016-06-13T09:52:00","modified_gmt":"2016-06-13T09:52:00","slug":"news-story-civil-news-include-vouchers-for-expense-claims-over-20","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=71367","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil news: include vouchers for expense claims over \u00a320"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>When submitting expense claims it is important to include vouchers for any item totalling more than \u00a320, including VAT.<\/p>\n<p>Where possible the expense or disbursement voucher should contain the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>breakdown of work carried out and detail of hourly rate charged for each item<\/li>\n<li>expert\u2019s name, specialism and address<\/li>\n<li>client name<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Remember to tag all the vouchers together using a treasury tag, bulldog clip, staple or sturdy paper clip.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"vouchers-unavailable\">Vouchers unavailable<\/h3>\n<p>In some situations no voucher may be available because of the nature of the disbursement.
