{"id":71373,"date":"2016-06-13T13:53:25","date_gmt":"2016-06-13T13:53:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=d084b599700827e88ef7452bfe0356f4"},"modified":"2016-06-13T13:53:25","modified_gmt":"2016-06-13T13:53:25","slug":"news-story-government-chemist-represented-at-allergen-management-workshop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=71373","title":{"rendered":"News story: Government Chemist represented at allergen management workshop"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Michael Walker, of the Government Chemist programme, was invited to present at a two day intensive workshop on allergen management and advanced testing in Austria in May.<\/p>\n<p>The industry seminar, organised by Romer labs, was attended by managers from analytical service providers and the food industry from Spain, Thailand and Austria.<\/p>\n<p>Michael gave talks on food allergy and methods of allergen analysis, as well as allergen labelling requirements under EU Regulation 1169\/2011.
