Jo Rodrigues takes on responsibility for <abbr title=\"Civil Service Learning\">CSL<\/abbr> operations as part of her role as Chief Operating Officer of Civil Service Human Resources (<abbr title=\"Human Resources\">HR<\/abbr>). Both will report to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/people\/rupert-mcneil\">Rupert McNeil<\/a>, Chief People Officer for the Civil Service.<\/p>\n<p>Crystal is leading on developing and implementing a new leadership academy. She is responsible for the overall learning and capability strategy for the Civil Service. Crystal has previously held roles as <abbr title=\"Human Resources\">HR<\/abbr> Director for the Cabinet Office and Department for Work and Pensions, and <abbr title=\"Human Resources\">HR<\/abbr> roles in the Ministry of Justice and UK Border Agency.<\/p>\n<p>Jo leads on providing <abbr title=\"Civil Service Learning\">CSL<\/abbr> services. This is part of a move to bring responsibility for the operational work of Civil Service <abbr title=\"Human Resources\">HR<\/abbr> into one place, under the Chief Operating Officer.
