{"id":73253,"date":"2016-08-15T12:15:44","date_gmt":"2016-08-15T12:15:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=b55c4bc9a14b7b27b6d2c8cec8693eb5"},"modified":"2016-08-15T12:15:44","modified_gmt":"2016-08-15T12:15:44","slug":"press-release-improved-road-surface-for-drivers-on-a66-in-darlington","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=73253","title":{"rendered":"Press release: Improved road surface for drivers on A66 in Darlington"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Contractors for Highways England will be resurfacing nearly 2.5 miles of the A66 Long Newton to Elton starting on Monday 22 August.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 August, between 8pm and 6am, traffic will be led through the roadworks around Long Newton junction for around 500 metres in convoy by a contractor\u2019s vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>The roadworks will then be removed from the junction at 6am on Wednesday 24 August until 8pm on Tuesday 30 August for the bank holiday weekend.<\/p>\n<p>From 8pm on Tuesday 30 August there will be a full overnight closure of the eastbound carriageway until the project is completed.
