The companies are also 2 of the main suppliers of own-label freshly squeezed fruit juice to retailers such as cafes and restaurants. <abbr title=\"Hain Frozen Foods UK Limited\">Hain<\/abbr> bought <abbr title=\"Orchard House Foods Limited\">Orchard<\/abbr> in December 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The Competition and Markets Authority (<abbr title=\"Competition and Markets Authority\">CMA<\/abbr>) said in June that it would give detailed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/news\/cma-considers-undertakings-in-fruit-juice-merger\">consideration to undertakings offered by <abbr title=\"Hain Frozen Foods UK Limited\">Hain<\/abbr><\/a> instead of referring the merger for an in-depth investigation.<\/p>\n<p><abbr title=\"Hain Frozen Foods UK Limited\">Hain<\/abbr> has since proposed to sell its own-label freshly squeezed fruit juice business to Multiple Marketing Limited.<\/p>\n<p>The <abbr title=\"Competition and Markets Authority\">CMA<\/abbr> has accepted in principle <abbr title=\"Hain Frozen Foods UK Limited\">Hain<\/abbr>\u2019s proposed undertakings.
