The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of 19 August 2016 but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.<\/p>\n

A38 \u2013 Streethay slip road: carriageway works<\/h2>\n

The slip roads will be closed for 24 hours a day from 8 August ongoing until 11 November. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A38 \u2013 Alrewas to Barton under Needwood: sign inspections<\/h2>\n

The northbound carriageway Including all associated slip roads will be closed overnight between 8.30pm and 6am from 22 August until 26 August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A38 \u2013 Barton under Needwood to Alrewas: sign inspections<\/h2>\n

The southbound carriageway including all associated slip roads will be closed overnight between 8.30pm and 6am from 22 August until 26 August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A38M \u2013 M6 links from out of city A38: carriageway works<\/h2>\n

The Links from Out of City A38M will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 22 August until 26 August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A38M \u2013 Tyburn Road merge onto A38M into City Aston Expressway (F-C Links): carriageway works<\/h2>\n

The Road into City A38M will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 22 August until 26 August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A40 \u2013 Whitchurch to Wilton including associated roundabouts: carriageway resurfacing<\/h2>\n

The eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 9pm 22 August until 6am the following morning (23 August). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A46 \u2013 Coventry eastern bypass southbound: carriageway works<\/h2>\n

The carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am on 24, 25, 30 and 31. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A49 \u2013 Church Stretton to Leebotwood: carriageway resurfacing<\/h2>\n

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 10pm and 6am from 22 August until 26 August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A49 \u2013 Wellington March to Dinmore: carriageway works<\/h2>\n

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 7pm and 6am from 22 August until 25 August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A5 \u2013 Felton Butler to Wolfhead: drainage works<\/h2>\n

The westbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 22 August until 26 August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A50\u2013 Heron Cross to Longton: electrical works<\/h2>\n

The eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm 22 August until 6am the following morning (23 August). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A500 \u2013 A5006 from Michelin roundabout and A500 northbound sideway slip road: material deliveries<\/h2>\n

The northbound carriageway and slip road will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 22 August until 26 August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A500 \u2013 Hanford slip road to M6 junction 15: grass cutting<\/h2>\n

The southbound slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 9pm 22 August until 6am the following morning (23 August). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A500 \u2013 Stoke Road exit slip road: grass cutting<\/h2>\n

The southbound exit slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm 23 August until 6am the following morning (24 August). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A5127 \u2013 Gravelly Hill merge onto A38M into City Aston Expressway (D-C Link): carriageway repairs<\/h2>\n

The slip into City Aston Expressway will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 22 August until 26 August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M40 \u2013 junction 16 entry slip road: camera works<\/h2>\n

The northbound entry slip will be closed during the day between 9.30am and 3.30pm from 22 August until 23 August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M42 \u2013 junction 10 to junction 7: carriageway resurfacing<\/h2>\n

The southbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 22 August until 26 August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M42 \u2013 junction 3 to junction 4: electrical works<\/h2>\n

The northbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 10pm 22 August until 5am the following morning (23 August). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M42 \u2013 junction 5 exit and entry slip road: carriageway works<\/h2>\n

The southbound exit and entry slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 8.30pm 23 August until 6am the following morning (24 August). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

The southbound carriageway will be closed in both directions between 8pm and 6am from 22 August until 23 August. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n
