Atilla Fodor, aged 38 years, of Datchet, Slough was sentenced to ten months in prison at Reading Crown Court.<\/p>\n

An analysis of his computer during the investigation found he had sold more than 451,000 doses of unlicensed erectile dysfunction medicines which had netted him more than \u00a327,000.<\/p>\n

During the raid of his property MHRA<\/abbr> investigators found more than 267,000 doses of unlicensed erectile dysfunction medicines stored in a garden shed, with an estimated value of more than \u00a3500,000.<\/p>\n

MHRA<\/abbr> Head of Enforcement, Alastair Jeffrey, said:<\/p>\n

Selling unlicensed medicines is illegal and can pose a serious risk to health.<\/p>\n

Unlicensed medicines can be dangerous as they may contain impurities, incorrect ingredients, and there is no way of knowing if they are manufactured to acceptable standards of quality and safety.<\/p>\n

Criminals involved in the illegal supply of medical products aren\u2019t interested in your health – they are only interested in your money.<\/p>\n

MHRA<\/abbr> will continue to track down and prosecute those who put the public\u2019s health at risk.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
