The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of 9 September 2016 but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.<\/p>\n

A38 \u2013 Streethay slip road: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

The slip road will be closed for 24 hours a day from 8 August ongoing until 11 November. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A38 \u2013 Hilliards Cross northbound exit slip: developer work<\/h2>\n

The northbound exit slip road will be closed for 24 hours a day from 24 August ongoing until 21 December. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A38 \u2013 Claymills to Branston: sign inspections<\/h2>\n

The southbound carriageway including all associated slip roads will be closed overnight for one night from 8.30pm 12 September until 6am the following morning (13 September). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A38 \u2013 Branston to Claymills: sign inspections<\/h2>\n

The northbound carriageway including all associated slip roads will be closed overnight for one night from 8.30pm 12 September until 6am the following morning (13 September). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A38 \u2013 Toyota to Claymills: sign inspection<\/h2>\n

The southbound carriageway including all associated slip roads will be closed between 8.30pm and 6am from 13 September until 18 September. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

The Links from Out of City A38M will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 12 September until 18 September. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A38M \u2013 Tyburn Road merge onto A38M into City Aston Expressway (F-C Links) carriageway work<\/h2>\n

The Road into City A38M will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 12 September until 21 September. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A46 \u2013 southbound from M69 exit to B4082 roundabout: drainage work<\/h2>\n

The southbound exit onto B4082 roundabout will be closed overnight between 10pm and 6am from 12 September until 17 September. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A49 \u2013 Church Stretton to Leebotwood: carriageway resurfacing<\/h2>\n

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 10pm and 6am from 12 September until 18 September. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A49 \u2013 Tump Lane to Belmont: carriageway resurfacing<\/h2>\n

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 10pm and 6am from 12 September until 14 September. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A5 \u2013 Churchbridge to Washbrook Lane: electrical work<\/h2>\n

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 8pm and 6am from 12 September until 17 September. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A5127 \u2013 Gravelly Hill merge onto A38M into City Aston Expressway (D-C Link): carriageway repairs<\/h2>\n
