{"id":74158,"date":"2016-09-14T16:15:00","date_gmt":"2016-09-14T16:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=06dc7b6e1329a3d1205cd09cff1d7dc8"},"modified":"2016-09-14T16:15:00","modified_gmt":"2016-09-14T16:15:00","slug":"news-story-ccms-special-children-act-and-standard-cost-limits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=74158","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil news: CCMS, Special Children Act and standard cost limits"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>We\u2019re making changes in the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS) which should improve your experience of the system when making applications.<\/p>\n<p>The improvements mean introducing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>additional questions in Special Children Act applications<\/li>\n<li>changes to standard cost limitations in various cases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"special-children-act-applications\">Special Children Act applications<\/h3>\n<p>New questions have been added to the merits assessment stage of the application process.<br \/>\nThe idea is to prevent premature applications where Special Children Act proceedings have not been issued.<\/p>\n<p>This should help users when linking applications and certificates.
