{"id":74583,"date":"2016-09-29T12:09:00","date_gmt":"2016-09-29T12:09:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=182130b01fc25b458cde2c315b436fda"},"modified":"2016-09-29T12:09:00","modified_gmt":"2016-09-29T12:09:00","slug":"news-story-civil-news-submitting-escape-fee-claims-online","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=74583","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil news: submitting escape fee claims online"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Providers are now able to take advantage of an electronic submission process for civil escape fee claims.<\/p>\n<p>This involves:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>submitting an online Civil EC Claim 1 form to a specific mailbox<\/li>\n<li>uploading the file of papers to a cloud storage facility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Advantages include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>quicker processing times<\/li>\n<li>reduced postage costs for providers and the Legal Aid Agency<\/li>\n<li>less chance of a file being rejected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The system is currently being piloted with providers.
