These were:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Five charges of possession of unauthorised veterinary medicinal products under the Veterinary Medicines Regulations<\/li>\n<li>Five  charges of importation of unauthorised veterinary medicinal products under the Veterinary Medicines Regulations<\/li>\n<li>Three charges of supply of unauthorised veterinary medicinal products under the Veterinary Medicines Regulations<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ms Przemielewska was given a 3 year conditional discharge and fined \u00a3100 costs and a \u00a315 victim surcharge.<\/p>\n<p>This case related to the importation and sale of a number of unauthorised companion animal products, mainly flea treatments and wormers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Details of the prosecution of Ms Emilia Przemielewska.
