The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of 6 October 2016 but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.<\/p>\n

A38 \u2013 Streethay northbound exit slip road and southbound entry slip road: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

The slip roads will be closed 24 hours a day from 24 July until 11 November. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A38 \u2013 Hilliards Cross exit slip road: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

The northbound exit slip road will be closed 24 hours a day from 24 August until 21 December. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A38 \u2013 Alrewas to Burton slip road: carriageway resurfacing<\/h2>\n

The northbound carriageway and entry slip road will be closed overnight between 7pm and 7am from 10 October until 16 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A38 \u2013 Alrewas: carriageway resurfacing<\/h2>\n

The northbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 7pm and 7am from 15 October until 16 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A38M \u2013 M6 Links from out of city A38M: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

The Links from Out of City A38M will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 10 October until 16 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A38M \u2013 Tyburn Road merge onto A38M into City Aston Expressway (F-C Links: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

The road into City A38M will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 10 October until 16 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A45 \u2013 Stonebridge highway: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

The eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm on 10 October until 6am the following morning (11 October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A45 \u2013 Stonebridge highway: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

The westbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm on 11 October until 6am the following morning (12 October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A46 \u2013 Coventry eastern bypass: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

The southbound carriageway will be closed overnight for three nights from 8pm on 13, 14 and 15 October until 6am the following morning (12 October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A46 \u2013 A428 to M6 junction 2: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

The northbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8.30pm and 6am from 10 October until 15 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A46 \u2013 M40 junction 15 roundabout: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 9pm and 6am from 12 October until 18 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A46 \u2013 Coventry eastern bypass: carriageway resurfacing<\/h2>\n

The southbound carriageway will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 13 October until 16 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A49 \u2013 Bayston Hill: renewal of white lines and road studs<\/h2>\n

The carriageway will be closed in both directions overnight between 9pm and 6am from 10 October until 16 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A5 \u2013Ventura Park slip roads: soft estate work<\/h2>\n

The westbound exit and entry slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 9pm 10 October until 6am the following morning (11 October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A5 \u2013 Nescliffe bypass: soft estate work<\/h2>\n

The carriageway will be closed in both directions will be closed overnight between 10pm and 6am form 10 October until 15 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A5 \u2013 Mile Oak slip roads: soft estate work<\/h2>\n

The eastbound entry and exit slip roads will be closed overnight for one night from 9pm 11 October until 6am the following morning (12 October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A5 \u2013 Mile Oak slip roads: soft estate work<\/h2>\n

The westbound entry and exit slip roads will be closed overnight for one night from 9pm 12 October until 6am the following morning (13 October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A500 \u2013 A5006 from Michelin roundabout and A500 northbound sideway slip road: material deliveries<\/h2>\n

The northbound carriageway and slip road will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 10 October until 16 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A500 \u2013 Talke island: bridge work<\/h2>\n

The westside of the island will be closed for 24 hours a day from 19 September ongoing until 23 December. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A5127 \u2013 Gravelly Hill merge onto A38M into City Aston Expressway (D-C Link): carriageway repairs<\/h2>\n

The slip into City Aston Expressway will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 10 October until 16 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M42 \u2013 junction 5 slip road message sign repairs:<\/h2>\n

The southbound exit slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 10pm 12 October until 5am the following morning (13 October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M42 \u2013 junction 6 link to A45: off network work<\/h2>\n

The westbound link road will be closed overnight for one night from 8pm 15 October until 6am the following morning (16 October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M5 \u2013 junction 5 northbound exit slip road: major scheme work<\/h2>\n

The road will be closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 10 October until 14 October. It will also be closed again overnight on 16 October. Please note the carriageway will be closed in only one direction each night. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M50 \u2013 junction 2 to junction 1: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

The southbound carriageway will be closed overnight for one night from 10pm 11 October until 6am the following morning (12 October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M54 \u2013 junction 7 exit slip road: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

The westbound exit slip road will be closed overnight between 9.30pm and 6am from 12 October until 14 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M6 \u2013 junction 6 Salford Circus to M6: re-waterproofing and structural repairs<\/h2>\n

There will be a 24hour carriageway closure in both directions from 8 July 2016 ongoing until 23 December 2017. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M6 \u2013 junction 6 exit slip road: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

The southbound exit slip road will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 10 October until 16 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M6 \u2013 junction 15 entry slip road: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

The northbound slip road will be closed overnight for one night from 10pm 10 October until 6am the following morning (11 October). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M6 \u2013 junction 4a to junction 3a: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

The southbound carriageway including all associated Link Roads will be closed overnight between 10pm and 5am from 10 October until 15 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M6 \u2013 junction 10 entry slip road: VRS repair<\/h2>\n

The northbound entry slip road will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 12 October until 14 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M6 \u2013 junction 10 to junction 8, including all slip roads: carriageway repairs<\/h2>\n

The southbound carriageway including the entry and exit slip roads will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 15 October until 16 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M6 \u2013 junction 10 entry slip road: carriageway repairs<\/h2>\n

The southbound entry slip road will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am from 15 October until 16 October. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n
