The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of the above date but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.<\/p>\n

Bristol<\/h2>\n

M32 junction 1 to junction 2: MetroBus scheme (Bristol City Council work)<\/h3>\n

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in operation northbound and southbound until the end of November 2016.<\/p>\n

M32 junction 2 to junction 3: MetroBus scheme (Bristol City Council work)<\/h3>\n

Northbound and southbound carriageways will be closed nightly, 9pm to 6am, from 7 November until 9 November. Diversion will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M32 junction 2 to junction 3: MetroBus scheme (Bristol City Council work)<\/h3>\n

Narrow lanes with 40mph speed restrictions will be in operation northbound and southbound until mid-March 2017.<\/p>\n

Gloucestershire<\/h2>\n

M5 junction 14 to junction 12: bridge maintenance<\/h3>\n

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in place on the southbound and northbound carriageway until June 2017.<\/p>\n

M5 junction 10 to junction 11A: structures<\/h3>\n

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in operation northbound and southbound until January 2017.<\/p>\n

M4 junction 18: survey work<\/h3>\n

Westbound entry slip road will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, from 7 November until 9 November. Diversion will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M5 junction 13: bridge maintenance<\/h3>\n

Southbound exit and entry slip roads will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, until 8 November. Diversion will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A40 Elmbridge Court roundabout: construction work<\/h3>\n

Narrow lanes with 40mph speed restrictions will be in place until February 2018<\/p>\n

Wiltshire<\/h2>\n

M4 junction 16: resurfacing<\/h3>\n

Eastbound entry slip road will be closed overnight from 8pm on 11 November until 6am on 12 November. Diversion will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

Somerset<\/h2>\n

M5 junction 22 to junction 23: barrier construction<\/h3>\n

Narrow lanes with 50mph speed restrictions will be in place, and lane 3 closed, on both the southbound and northbound carriageways until 22 December.<\/p>\n

M5 junction 28: resurfacing<\/h3>\n

Southbound entry slip road will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, from 8 November until 10 November. Diversion will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M5 junction 26: resurfacing<\/h3>\n

Northbound entry slip road will be closed overnight from 8pm on 10 November until 6am on 11 November. Diversion will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M5 junction 25: resurfacing<\/h3>\n

Northbound entry slip road will be closed overnight from 8pm on 11 November until 6am on 12 November. Diversion will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A303 South Petherton to Southfields: bridge work<\/h3>\n

Lane closure with overnight traffic lights will be in place, Monday to Saturday only, until 9pm on 15 November.<\/p>\n

A303 Cartgate to Ilchester Meads: resurfacing<\/h3>\n

Eastbound carriageway will be closed nightly, 8pm to 6am, from 10 November until 12 November. Diversion will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

South Gloucestershire<\/h2>\n

M4 junction 22: structure maintenance<\/h3>\n

Eastbound carriageway between exit slip road and entry slip road will be closed overnight from 8pm on 10 November until 6am on 11 November. Diversion will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n
