{"id":76411,"date":"2016-11-23T16:31:44","date_gmt":"2016-11-23T16:31:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=def5b1265f5ba9c288e0095bb7ddc97a"},"modified":"2016-11-23T16:31:44","modified_gmt":"2016-11-23T16:31:44","slug":"news-story-civil-news-revised-checklists-to-help-avoid-claims-being-rejected","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=76411","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil news: revised checklists to help avoid claims being rejected"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Updated checklists are now available to help you ensure you receive payments as quickly as possible when billing for escape case work in these categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>civil<\/li>\n<li>mental health<\/li>\n<li>immigration and asylum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These checklists are used by caseworkers to check your claims.<\/p>\n<p>But they are also useful for providers to help you ensure you have made the necessary checks and enclosed the required documentation.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"what-are-the-changes\">What are the changes?<\/h3>\n<p>The checklists have been revised to put more focus on the most common errors and how these can be avoided. But there is no change to our requirements when submitting bills.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"staged-checking-process\">Staged checking process<\/h3>\n<p>The new format sets out clearly the \u2018stage 1\u2019 and \u2018stage 2\u2019 checking process followed by our caseworkers.
