The following summary of planned new and ongoing road improvements over the coming week is correct as of 25 November 2016 but could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.<\/p>\n

A38 \u2013 Hilliards Cross exit slip road: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

Northbound exit slip closed 24 hours a day from 24 August until 21 December. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A38 \u2013 Claymills exit slip road: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

Northbound exit slip closed overnight for one night from 10pm 1 December until 6am the following morning (2 December). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A46 \u2013 Bishopton roundabout to Shottery roundabout: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

Carriageway closed in both directions overnight between 9pm and 6am from 28 November until 3 December. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A46 \u2013 Oversley to Salford Priors: carriageway work<\/h2>\n

Southbound carriageway closed overnight for one night from 9pm 30 November until 5am the following morning (1 December). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A500 \u2013 A5006 from Michelin roundabout and A500 northbound sideway slip road: material deliveries<\/h2>\n

Northbound carriageway and slip road closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 28 November until 4 December. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

A500 \u2013 Alsagar to Talke: drainage work<\/h2>\n

Southbound carriageway closed overnight between 8pm and 6am from 28 November until 4 December. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M42 \u2013 junction 6 exit slip: sign repairs<\/h2>\n

Northbound exit slip closed overnight for one night from 10pm 29 November until 5am the following morning (30 November). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M50 \u2013 junction 1 entry and exit slip road: carriageway repairs<\/h2>\n

Eastbound entry and exit slip roads closed overnight for one night from 10pm 2 December until 6am the following morning (3 December). A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n

M5 \u2013 junction 5: major scheme works<\/h2>\n

Northbound exit slip road at junction 5 closed overnight between 8pm and 6am on November 28 and 29. The southbound exit slip road will be closed at the same times on November 30 and December 1. A diversion route will be clearly signposted.<\/p>\n
