{"id":76743,"date":"2016-12-01T14:36:00","date_gmt":"2016-12-01T14:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=3d23663ba75c0089aa7d07b012bed3ec"},"modified":"2016-12-01T14:36:00","modified_gmt":"2016-12-01T14:36:00","slug":"news-story-tampon-tax-fund-opens-for-new-bids","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=76743","title":{"rendered":"News story: Tampon Tax Fund opens for new bids"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Minister for Civil Society, Rob Wilson, visited a domestic violence organisation in Hammersmith today to mark the opening of the 2017 \/ 18 round of the Tampon Tax Fund.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/STagainstDV?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor\">\u2018Standing Together Against Domestic Violence\u2019<\/a> is just one of the many organisations to benefit from the Tampon Tax Fund; having been awarded \u00a3311k in the last year. The money is being used to fund three aspects of the charity\u2019s work, from embedding practice related to domestic abuse with mental health trusts and acute trusts in West London, to improving national work in acute trusts by the forming a national health alliance of best practice.<\/p>\n<p>Rob Wilson said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"last-child\">It\u2019s great news that the Tampon Fax Fund is continuing for another year.
