{"id":77001,"date":"2016-12-07T17:52:00","date_gmt":"2016-12-07T17:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=daf5c39d5c6aac575a7aaf3680c87127"},"modified":"2016-12-07T17:52:00","modified_gmt":"2016-12-07T17:52:00","slug":"news-story-independant-pharmaceutical-industry-customer-survey-of-vmd-regulatory-services-results-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=77001","title":{"rendered":"News story: Independent pharmaceutical industry customer survey of VMD regulatory services: results 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>The 2016 survey shows we have maintained and, in many areas, improved on the very high levels of customer satisfaction shown in the last survey in 2014.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>218 people responded, an 88% increase on the last survey in 2014; 46% of respondents were based outside the UK<\/li>\n<li>87% of respondents scored our overall level of service across all our activities as Good or Excellent<\/li>\n<li>75% of respondents rated the VMD as Good or Excellent compared to the five large agencies in the EU<\/li>\n<li>When compared against the five large agencies in the EU, the VMD is ranked best for nine parameters and 2nd for the last one (value for money)<\/li>\n<li>Out of those who expressed an opinion, over 90% considered the VMD as a leader in Europe<\/li>\n<li>Overall satisfaction compared with two years ago was similar and remained high between surveys<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We have now analysed the findings and identified areas where we need to take action to further improve our services.
