There is no need to submit supporting documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Final FAST checklist \u2013 this must be submitted within 3 months of a case concluding and will require supporting documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The change also means that you can benefit from submitting \u2018payments on account\u2019 rather than following the interim billing process.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"why-is-this-happening\">Why is this happening?<\/h3>\n<p>Introducing FAST checklists will help you to make accurate submissions and reduce the need for us to chase you for further information.<\/p>\n<p>This should result in fewer delays to case plan approvals.
