As well as both sitting on the <abbr title=\"Defence Equipment and Support\">DE&amp;S<\/abbr> Board, Iain will be a member of the <abbr title=\"Defence Equipment and Support\">DE&amp;S<\/abbr> Audit Committee and Ros will be a member of the <abbr title=\"Defence Equipment and Support\">DE&amp;S<\/abbr> Remuneration Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Both bring over 30 years of experience of working in a number of sectors, including in top <abbr title=\"Financial Times Stock Exchange\">FTSE<\/abbr> 100 and 250 businesses.<\/p>\n<p>Paul Skinner said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"last-child\">I welcome the arrival of Ros and Iain to the <abbr title=\"Defence Equipment and Support\">DE&amp;S<\/abbr> Board and the wealth of experience they bring.
