Between November 2014 and mid-December 2016, HMRC paid a total of \u00a386,815 in compensation for complaints relating to cases handled by the US firm.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>In a report, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nao.org.uk\/report\/hmrcs-contract-with-concentrix\/\" ><em>HMRC\u2019s contract with Concentrix<\/em><\/a><\/strong>, the National Audit Office uncovered numerous failings in the deal which was terminated last November.
