{"id":78113,"date":"2017-01-18T18:31:00","date_gmt":"2017-01-18T18:31:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=a2926b77e5232f97c1ff8c2a636df01c"},"modified":"2017-01-18T18:31:00","modified_gmt":"2017-01-18T18:31:00","slug":"press-release-pm-call-with-poland-prime-minister-beata-szydlo-18-january-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=78113","title":{"rendered":"Press release: PM call with Polish Prime Minister Beata Szyd\u0142o: 18 January 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>A Downing Street spokesperson said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The Prime Minister called Poland\u2019s Prime Minister Beata Szyd\u0142o this afternoon following her speech yesterday to discuss Britain\u2019s objectives for the negotiations and her vision for the right deal between the UK and the EU.<\/p>\n<p>She explained that one of the UK\u2019s priorities was to come to an arrangement on the rights of UK citizens living elsewhere in the EU and EU citizens living here at an early stage of negotiations, so people could be given reassurance and confidence about the future.<\/p>\n<p>She also set out the UK\u2019s intention of negotiating an ambitious free trade agreement with the EU once it has left, and maintaining  a strong trading partnership. Prime Minister Szyd\u0142o agreed on the importance of both of these issues.<\/p>\n<p class=\"last-child\">The leaders also discussed the need for continued cooperation on defence and security matters and noted plans for deployment of UK troops in Poland as part of arrangements in NATO.
