{"id":79112,"date":"2017-02-21T15:07:30","date_gmt":"2017-02-21T15:07:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=21c4dd8462c32ef9030cb38e34ee85a3"},"modified":"2017-02-21T15:07:30","modified_gmt":"2017-02-21T15:07:30","slug":"news-story-civil-news-tips-to-help-you-when-submitting-vhcc-family-work-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=79112","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil news: tips to help you when submitting VHCC family work"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>We have checked through correspondence received by the VHCC family team in recent weeks and believe the following tips could help you avoid unnecessary delays.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"avoid-sending-documents-by-both-email-and-dx\">Avoid sending documents by both email and DX<\/h3>\n<p>This often causes confusion and additional work for the team, meaning that it takes longer for them to issue a response.<\/p>\n<p>Unless otherwise requested choose just one way of sending documents i.e. email or DX.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"download-and-use-the-template-to-register-a-vhcc-case\">Download and use the template to register a VHCC case<\/h3>\n<p>As you work through the registration template remember that the VHCC team requires the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>certificate reference numbers<\/li>\n<li>number of hearing days and advocate meetings to date<\/li>\n<li>number of future hearing days\/advocate meetings<\/li>\n<li>date of final hearing (if known)<\/li>\n<li>full breakdown of costs to date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If information is missing the VHCC team will need to ask for additional information, which will mean delays.
