Filling this in will avoid delays to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>payments for your work<\/li>\n<li>notification of our initial decision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"why-is-this-important\">Why is this important?<\/h3>\n<p>The \u2018return address\u2019 is needed to process your submission. But there has recently been an increase in the number of forms where this information is missing.<\/p>\n<p>This means we are having to make time to find out the return address.
