Mr Barry Lowen has been appointed Her Majesty\u2019s Ambassador to the People\u2019s Democratic Republic of Algeria in succession to Mr Andrew Noble who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr Lowen will take up his appointment in November 2017.<\/p>\n
