The Queen\u2019s Birthday Honours list published on Friday 16 June 2017 recognises over 130 people who have made outstanding contributions to education, children\u2019s services or advancing equality and diversity.<\/p>\n

Those honoured today include people working in schools, colleges and universities as well as foster carers and children\u2019s social workers.<\/p>\n

Jonathan Slater, Department for Education Permanent Secretary, said:<\/p>\n
