This breaks down into 60% for AGFS and 46% for LGFS.<\/p>\n<p>All providers are asked to switch to submitting claims electronically as soon as possible. This will help prevent unnecessary delay to the processing of your claims.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-sign-up\">How to sign up<\/h2>\n<p>Signing up to use the new system is very quick and easy. Benefits include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>immediate bill submission avoids postal delays<\/li>\n<li>reduced postage and printing costs<\/li>\n<li>online messaging and instant notifications from the processing teams<\/li>\n<li>online evidence submission<\/li>\n<li>no need for a \u2018wet\u2019 signature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"last-paper-applications\">Last paper applications<\/h2>\n<p>Any AGFS or LGFS bill will be accepted on paper providing it is received by the Legal Aid Agency on or before 31 October 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Consideration will be given to accepting AGFS and LGFS paper bills on a case by case basis for two months up until 31 December2017.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-support-is-available\">What support is available?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>quick user guide<\/li>\n<li>online WebEx training sessions are being held in the lead up to 31 October 2017<\/li>\n<li>\u2018frequently asked questions\u2019 document<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>See \u2018further information\u2019 below to access these resources along with a booking link for training and details on how to sign up to the system.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"future-changes-to-claim-for-crown-court-defence\">Future changes to Claim for Crown Court Defence<\/h2>\n<p>Improvements will be continued to be made to the system based on feedback from you.
