These are for feasibility and early stage projects.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-we-are-looking-for\">What we are looking for<\/h2>\n<p>We are looking to support the development of innovative healthcare technologies and processes such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>disease prevention and proactive management of health and chronic conditions<\/li>\n<li>earlier and better detection and diagnosis of disease, leading to better patient outcomes<\/li>\n<li>tailored treatments that either change the underlying disease or offer potential cures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"feasibility-studies\">Feasibility studies<\/h3>\n<p>These are for exploring and testing the commercial potential and feasibility of ideas. Up to \u00a32 million is available.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"early-stage-projects\">Early-stage projects<\/h3>\n<p>These are for testing a well-developed concept and showing its effectiveness in a relevant environment. Up to \u00a310 million is available.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"about-the-biomedical-catalyst\">About the Biomedical Catalyst<\/h2>\n<p>The Biomedical Catalyst is a partnership between Innovate UK and the MRC. It aims to support the most innovative life sciences opportunities regardless of the scientific approach.
