{"id":83346,"date":"2017-08-10T13:50:52","date_gmt":"2017-08-10T13:50:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=d18eabd594773220c5bcb4145dc63015"},"modified":"2017-08-10T13:50:52","modified_gmt":"2017-08-10T13:50:52","slug":"news-story-civil-news-quick-guides-to-help-you-when-using-ccms","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=83346","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil news: quick guides to help you when using CCMS"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>To support you using the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS) there are now almost 100 quick guides available on the CCMS training website, broken down between those relevant to advocates and providers, and covering:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>navigation in CCMS<\/li>\n<li>making an initial application<\/li>\n<li>managing live cases<\/li>\n<li>closing cases and submitting bills<\/li>\n<li>technical tips for using CCMS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Around 3,500 users each month access the website, and over the last year there have been at least 50,000 page views and around 20,000 downloads of quick guides and interactive training modules.<\/p>\n<p>One provider told us:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"last-child\">(I) used the (quick)guides all the time when we first used CCMS until I was confident\u2026 without the guides. I found them to be invaluable (and) easy to follow. Overall I found them clear and precise and still use them as a good reference guide should the need arise.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>New guides are added in response to feedback we receive \u2013 through phone calls and other contact with us \u2013 on areas where you have asked for help in using the system.
