{"id":83459,"date":"2017-08-16T09:14:45","date_gmt":"2017-08-16T09:14:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=b65564da755187bf84c792d75abab9a0"},"modified":"2017-08-16T09:14:45","modified_gmt":"2017-08-16T09:14:45","slug":"news-story-civil-news-2018-contracts-tender-timetable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=83459","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil news: 2018 contracts tender timetable"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>We are opening tenders for new 2018 civil legal aid contracts across all categories in mid-September 2017.<\/p>\n<p>This follows publication of the government\u2019s policy consultation response to contract procurement proposals for the Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme (HPCDS).<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"face-to-face-and-cla-timetable\">Face to face and CLA timetable<\/h3>\n<p>The tender process to procure new face to face and Civil Legal Advice (CLA) contracts will open in mid-September 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The tender will be open for 8 weeks, closing in November.<\/p>\n<p>We expect to notify bidders of the outcome of sucessful:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>face to face tenders in March 2018<\/li>\n<li>CLA tenders in May 2018<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"hpcds-timetable\">HPCDS timetable<\/h3>\n<p>The tender process for HPCDS contracts will follow on from a number of market engagement events which will run in August and September. Dates and locations will be confirmed shortly.<\/p>\n<p>During August we will also engage the consultative bodies in a consultation on the proposed 2018 HPCDS contract.<\/p>\n<p>The tender for HPCDS contracts will then open in October.
