Three passengers were slightly hurt, and there was minor damage to the train and the buffer stop equipment.<\/p>\n<p>We have undertaken a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/guidance\/raibs-response-to-accident-and-incident-notification#preliminary-examination\">preliminary examination<\/a> of the circumstances surrounding this accident.
