{"id":83915,"date":"2017-09-04T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-09-04T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=7b0ffdc7a9f2360fa0af27b6aebc2421"},"modified":"2017-09-04T09:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-09-04T09:00:00","slug":"news-story-civilcrime-news-update-on-laa-portal-upgrade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=83915","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil\/crime news: update on LAA Portal upgrade"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>All remaining Portal users are scheduled to upgrade to the new Portal from 11 September 2017.<\/p>\n<p>From 11 September, you will need to use the new Portal to access:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Client and Cost Management System (CCMS)<\/li>\n<li>Contracted Work and Administration (CWA)<\/li>\n<li>Crown Court Litigator Fee online (CCLF)<\/li>\n<li>Management Information<\/li>\n<li>eForms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will need to apply for legal aid and complete your monthly submissions using the new Portal from 11 September. This means it is crucial you are prepared.<\/p>\n<p>Access to these systems via the current route will not be available after 11 September.<\/p>\n<p>The upgrade will require an IT outage to the Portal and all the applications accessed through it. From 8 September:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CWA will be unavailable from 3pm<\/li>\n<li>The Portal, CCMS, CCLF, Management Information and eForms will be unavailable from 5pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Following the upgrade, the new Portal and all the applications listed above will be available to use from 7am on 11 September.<\/p>\n<p>If legal aid is required during this IT outage, delegated functions are to be used for urgent civil applications.
