There were no injuries and repairs to the track were completed by 04:00 hrs on Tuesday 22 August.<\/p>\n<p>We have undertaken a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/guidance\/raibs-response-to-accident-and-incident-notification#preliminary-examination\">preliminary examination<\/a> of the circumstances surrounding this accident.
