{"id":84195,"date":"2017-09-11T10:59:00","date_gmt":"2017-09-11T10:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=1ae466a2d1d13ce344cc635cd3220084"},"modified":"2017-09-11T10:59:00","modified_gmt":"2017-09-11T10:59:00","slug":"news-story-civilcrime-news-portal-upgrade-now-complete","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=84195","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil\/crime news: Portal upgrade now complete"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>As of 11 September 2017, all users should now be using the link to the new LAA Online Portal:<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.legalservices.gov.uk\/LAAPortal\/pages\/home.jsp\">LAA Online Portal<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This will be needed to access the new Portal for the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Client and Cost Management System (CCMS)<\/li>\n<li>Contracted Work and Administration (CWA)<\/li>\n<li>Crown Court Litigator Fee online (CCLF)<\/li>\n<li>Management Information<\/li>\n<li>eForms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will no longer have access to these applications through the old Portal.<\/p>\n<p>Now that the upgrade is complete you should see the following improvements.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>increased stability<\/li>\n<li>quicker log-in times<\/li>\n<li>more user-friendly password reset process<\/li>\n<li>status bar for all applications, providing up-to-date information on any issues affecting performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"using-the-new-portal\">Using the new Portal<\/h3>\n<p>We recommend that you log in to the new Portal to update your security information and familiarise yourself with the features it offers and how it works.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"providing-feedback\">Providing feedback<\/h3>\n<p>We would like to hear how the upgrade went for you. A short survey is available for you to complete.
