{"id":85279,"date":"2017-10-12T11:50:00","date_gmt":"2017-10-12T11:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=8e8482381dcf2e6c252b283d6f63c811"},"modified":"2017-10-12T11:50:00","modified_gmt":"2017-10-12T11:50:00","slug":"news-story-civil-news-2018-tender-update-on-hpcds-contracts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=85279","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil news: 2018 tender update on HPCDS contracts"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>A tender for 2018 Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme contracts opens on 12 October 2017.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"when-will-new-contracts-begin\">When will new contracts begin?<\/h3>\n<p>New HPCDS contracts will be signed in summer 2018 with services starting on 1 October 2018.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"how-long-will-the-contracts-last\">How long will the contracts last?<\/h3>\n<p>Each 2018 HPCDS contract will initially run until 30 September 2021, with an option for LAA to extend for up to a further 2 years.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"current-contract-extensions\">Current contract extensions<\/h3>\n<p>Existing HPCDS exclusive schedules to deliver these services are being extended to 30 September 2018.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"entry-requirements-and-submitting-a-bid\">Entry requirements and submitting a bid<\/h3>\n<p>The tender process is open to both existing contract holders and new entrants.<\/p>\n<p>Organisations wishing to tender for a HPCDS contract must also successfully apply for a face to face contract for the delivery of housing and debt work.<\/p>\n<p>HPCDS tender process will be a competitive process based on quality and price.
