href=\"https:\/\/www.fraudadvisorypanel.org\/charity-fraud\/charity-fraud-awareness-week\/\">Charity Fraud Awareness Week<\/a>, aiming to help you increase resilience against fraud.<\/p>\n<p>A group of around 40 charities, regulators, professional bodies and other stakeholders are joining forces to help combat fraud targeted against charities.<\/p>\n<p>The main aims of the week are to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>raise awareness of the key risks affecting the sector<\/li>\n<li>promote and share good counter-fraud practices<\/li>\n<li>promote honesty and openness about fraud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-get-involved\">How to get involved<\/h2>\n<p>We are encouraging the charity sector to get involved in Fraud Awareness Week, you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<a rel=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/surveys.concep.com\/s\/868c152f021ac233538644fb89c5cba16380ae6f\">attend the first national charity fraud awards event<\/a> in London on Tuesday evening (24 October)<\/li>\n<li>download a supporters pack from the <a rel=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fraudadvisorypanel.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/CFAW-Supporter-Pack-2017-1.pdf\">Fraud Advisory Panel website<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<li>develop your own counter fraud activities aimed at staff and volunteers, members and beneficiaries, donors and supporters, for example staff awareness training<\/li>\n<li>\n<a rel=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?f=tweets&amp;q=CharityFraudOut&amp;src=typd\">join the conversation on Twitter<\/a> by promoting your own counter fraud messages or retweet ours using the hashtag #CharityFraudOut<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can find out more about <a rel=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/guidance\/protect-your-charity-from-fraud\">protect your charity from fraud<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"e-learning-resources\">e-learning resources<\/h2>\n<p>The partners involved in Charity Fraud Week have developed a range of e-learning resources and webinars for the week.<\/p>\n<p>These will be focused on specific risk areas from 9.30 am each day on the <a
